Your orders are carefully packed for protection during shipment and to arrive in the best condition possible. If, for any reason your order does not arrive in perfect condition or you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Coated Australia accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us, however, we will endeavour to resolve any issues in this event.

- Failed to be collected in time from an AusPost Post Office
- If a customer has supplied an invalid/incorrect delivery address.

In the event of a sale item being refunded, the buyer will be refunded the amount of the sale price in which they paid, not the full ticketed price of the item/s.
Change of Mind:
We are happy to cancel and refund an order only if your chocolates have yet to be dispatched. Once they have been collected by our courier partners, we are unable to cancel any orders due to change of mind.
